1) ESSENTIAL NEW YORK 2005

Citiskate launch their first ever group skating trip to New York with five days and four nights of skating in the Big Apple. We depart on the August bank holiday Sunday and return on Thursday night, back into Amsterdam airport Friday morning. The trip includes the Tuesday and Wednesday night skates as well as workshops and a private tour around all of New York's skater hotspots including Central Park, Battery park, Wall Street, Fifth Avenue and Times Square. Get ready for the ride of your life!

28 August - 1 September 2005

Our inaugural trip to New York is from a Sunday to a Thursday night. You can request additional or fewer nights, drop us a line. We offer return flights from Amsterdam airport - your flights from London are excluded in all our prices and these flights must be booked by you. EasyJet , British Airways , Virgin Atlantic are just three carriers flying direct to Amsterdam airport. Warning - prices are going up. You may also book the trip excluding our flights.

This trip is recommended to advanced skaters. That means you have no issues doing an FNS . Both the Tuesday and Wednesday skates follow the rich American tradition of speed skating. This trip is highly recommended to those that sleep in their skates! There is also a good amount of free time for exploring...





2) ITINERARY

Sunday 28 Aug
Join Dutch and german skaters and depart Amsterdam airport on Delta airlines flight departing 11am, landing into New York JFK at 1:05pm, local time

Our shuttle bus (included in the airline-inclusive price) then whisks us to the famous Pennsylvania Hotel in midtown Manhattan, our home for the next four nights.
Sunday night: private tour of NY with our local guide.



Monday

Evening: Speed workshop with Leo Lozada Jr from Empire Skate Club




Tuesday

Day: shopping or central park (unorganised)
Night: Tuesday Night Skate




Wednesday

Day: Down town skate (unorganised)
Night:Wednesday Night Skate




Thursday

Back to JFK for 6:20pm departure

4) BOOKING CONDITIONS

2. You will then receive payment instructions together with a copy of the terms and conditions which you must sign (together with any members of your group) and return by post or fax. Only on receipt of full payment and signed T&Cs is your booking confirmed.
